Our guest is Dean Niewolny, the CEO of The Halftime Institute who will tell his personal story of leaving a marketplace career in order to help other people like himself who are re-assessing their goals in life in light of what God might be calling them to do.
Dean spent twenty-three years in executive roles with three of Wall Street’s largest financial firms, finally as market manager for Wells Fargo Advisors in Chicago, where he oversaw a $100 million market. Joining Halftime as managing director, in 2011 he became chief executive officer. These days Dean speaks worldwide, encouraging business leaders to channel first-half achievement into a second half joy, impact, and balance.
