For Memorial Day weekend, we have a two-part FIRST PERSON for listeners. First, we are going to re-visit the story of Christopher Horton, a young soldier serving his country as a soldier in Afghanistan, who was killed in action. Chris’ widow, Jane Horton, will tell us about his life and calling to serve. Then, in the second half of our program, Pastor Greg Laurie will be with us, discussing the importance that we all honor those who have sacrificed their life for our freedoms.

It is my hope that you will take time this weekend to thank the Lord for all those who have given their lives in the service of our country. They are heroes who deserve to be honored.
