Janice Allen

This week, you will meet Janice Allen, an accomplished woman who serves Christ as President and CEO of International Cooperating Mission (ICM). This ministry’s mission is to nurture believers and assist church growth worldwide by partnering with indigenous ministries to equip local churches through helping to provide a permanent church building and practical discipleship tools for oral learners.

ICM was founded by Janice’s father, Dois Rosser, Jr., and presently works with 250 ministries in 100 countries. In 2018 Janice wrote, God in the Crossroads: Signs of Hope to show how God is a redeemer and that He wants to redeem everything in life for his glory.
