Pavel Pshenichnyi

As a young military veteran of the Russian Navy, Pavel Pshenichnyi wanted to study the Bible at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. The son of a Russian pastor and educator, Pavel was about to be conscripted back into military service due to the war in Ukraine. Choosing rather to pursue his studies, he obtained a visa to leave Russia. However, with the many others who were trying to leave the country, he was caught in a rush to the border and ended up walking a great distance. You’ll hear the rest of Pavel’ story as you join us this week for FIRST PERSON.

Merry Christmas to our FIRST PERSON listeners. We’ve heard from a number of people lately who faithfully listen each and every week. Thanks for the feedback and encouragement! You’ll find us at where you can leave comments and interact with other listeners.
