Several years ago when I served on the staff of Moody Radio, I became friends with a Moody Bible Institute faculty member named Dr. Samuel Naaman. We met on the radio and had conversations about his life growing up in Pakistan and the ministry God has called him into at Moody. This week I want to introduce our FIRST PERSON listeners to Sam and the story of God’s faithfulness in his life and the life of his family.
As a Pakistani-born American, Dr. Naaman is Professor of Intercultural Ministries at Moody Bible Institute, but he also is President of the South Asian Friendship Center (SAFC) in Chicago. SAFC exists to be a positive and active presence in the heart of Chicago’s Little India neighborhood, while proclaiming the uniqueness of Christ in word and deed. To learn more, click here.
